Due to the closed nature of mobile operating systems, most devices will not allow you to download and extract a .zip file. Instead, you will need to download the .zip file from your confirmation email to your computer.

Downloading Your Music File:
Click on the link included in your email
2. The download will begin automatically in your web browser.
3. Once complete, you will find the download file in your “Downloads” folder in your computer. You can find your Downloads folder by clicking on your File Explorer and finding the Downloads.
4. Your Music Download will be here in the form of a .zip file, and ready to be extracted.
