JamesTaylor.com will offer to replace an order lost in the mail, thirty days from date of shipping. We determine that thirty days allows a reasonable amount of time for delivery (when considering factors such as the destination country, possible customs inspection, weather conditions, general delays etc), and therefore considered lost.
